What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate and support defining business requirements for new capability development or enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document detailed business requirements and project schedules
- Communicate project updates to all stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding
- Partner with teams to identify operational impacts and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Lead and execute user acceptance testing scenarios to ensure system capabilities meet end-user specifications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience eliciting and writing business requirements or systems analysis
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional project initiatives
- Ability to strategize and communicate ideas clearly at all organizational levels
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Product Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
