Job summary

The One 23 Group is looking for a Network Order Entry Specialist based in Montgomery, Alabama. This position involves supporting the provisioning lifecycle through order entry and circuit activation phases, engaging in customer outreach support, and maintaining configuration management databases.

Successful candidates will need at least an Active Secret Security Clearance, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years of experience in the communications field. Additional details include working on-site in Columbus, OH, and flexibility in day shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• At least 2 years of military experience in a communications field or applicable technical discipline.
• Experience in a communication field or technical discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update changes in the configuration management database.
• Identify and allocate building components and modules.
• Maintain non-conforming circuit lists.
• Support DISA projects with Government databases.
• Track service requests within the repository.
