Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Support Specialist to support a mission-critical federal program from Springfield, VA. This role requires an ACTIVE Top Secret w/SCI Eligibility.

The position involves configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices, monitoring performance, and handling Tier 2 issues across LAN/WAN environments with a focus on security devices such as IDS and access control systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in network administration/operations or related field.
• Hands on experience with LAN/WAN.
• Experience working with electronic security devices (IDS, Access Control, CCTV, etc.).
• Tier 2 troubleshooting/maintenance experience.
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.

• Salary: Between $80,000 - $115,000 annually based on years of experience
