Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Network Support Specialist to support a mission-critical federal program in Springfield, VA. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, network devices, and security systems.

This role requires an ACTIVE Top Secret w/SCI Eligibility.

Responsibilities of the Network Support Specialist:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices
• Handle Tier 2 issues and perform troubleshooting
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies
• Performpacket captures, analyze firewall logs, and resolve network issues using diagnostic tools
• Manage and secureLAN/WAN environments

Compensation of the Network Support Specialist:

• Salary: Between $80,000 - $115,000 annually based on years of experience
