Job summary

New Era Technology, LLC. is seeking a Network Operations Automation and Reporting Engineer to own the end-to-end daily reporting for the network compliance and risk domain.

You will manage operational issues, analyze data, and coordinate with engineering teams to remediate risks while maintaining audit-ready documentation. The role requires hands-on understanding of enterprise networking, experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper platforms, and strong Excel/dashboarding skills.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of overall professional experience in technical analysis, network risk/compliance, operations analysis, or technical reporting.
• Certifications: CCNA / CCNP preferred.
• Domain Expertise: Practical understanding of enterprise networking environments, with exposure to Cisco/Arista/Juniper enterprise routing, switching, security/firewalls, and wireless systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track daily operational, compliance, and risk issues from identification through to closure.
• Prepare and publish daily status reports covering open issues, backlog, and aging metrics; progress updates and remediation efforts; identified risks, blockers, and compliance gaps.
• Ensure all updates and compliance logs are accurate, structured, and ready for internal/external audit and executive review.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across multiple network, security, and asset management tools.
• Analyze network compliance issues using data correlation and structured troubleshooting methods.
• Coordinate with core technical and engineering teams to drive timely resolution of risk items and vulnerabilities.
• Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation of findings, actions, and remediation paths.
