Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking experienced On-Site Network Operations Engineers to support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple U.S. locations. Candidates must have over 10 years of experience, be fluent in Korean, and possess hands-on experience with Juniper and Cisco network equipment. Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in network operations and support.
• Hands-on experience operating various network equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience operating Aruba WLAN solutions.
• Experience operating Fortigate and/or Palo Alto firewalls.
• Location: on-site at Ohio LH Battery Site (1 position).
• Korean language fluency is required.

Network Operations Engineers (Bilingual in Korean)

We are seeking On-Site Network Operations Engineers to support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple U.S. locations. This role is responsible for daily network operations, monitoring, incident handling, and coordination with senior engineers to ensure stable and secure network services.

Position will be hired as a full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems and infrastructure
• Operate and maintain network equipment and circuits
• Handle CSR (Customer Service Requests)
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and outages
• Perform equipment operation and configuration tasks
• Prepare operational and incident reports
• Support on-site network operations and maintenance activities

Experience & Requirements

• Experience Level: 10+ years (senior-level acceptable)
• Requirements: Hands-on experience operating Juniper network equipment
• L3 Switches: QFX5120-48Y-AFO-T, QFX5110-48S-AFO-T2
• L2 Switches: EX4100-24T-TAA
• Experience operating Aruba Wireless LAN (WLAN) solutions
• Experience Level: Up to 10 years (Senior engineer already on-site)
• Requirements: Experience operating Cisco network equipment
• Experience with Aruba Wireless LAN (WLAN)
• Experience operating Fortigate and/or Palo Alto firewalls
