Job summary

REALM is building one of the world’s largest independent cloud infrastructure platforms. This role owns underlay and overlay networking across a global cloud, handles internet-scale routing, and drives fixes end-to-end with autonomy.

You will onboard BYO-BGP customers, troubleshoot availability, latency and jitter, and develop cloud-native VPC networks. Strong scripting in Python and prefer CCNA/JNCIA certs.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years on BGP-based networks at internet scale.
• Linux administration (Debian preferred) and FRR/bgp.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation habits.
• Familiar with Juniper, Cisco, Brocade, Cumulus gear.
• Python scripting; Ansible is a plus; CCNA/JNCIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own underlay + overlay networking across a global cloud.
• Onboard BYO-BGP customers and troubleshoot reachability, latency and jitter.
• Root-cause analysis of network events and drive fixes end-to-end.
• Write and test maintenance procedures to minimize customer impact.
• Build scripts and tooling to automate repetitive network changes.
• Troubleshoot across every layer of the OSI model.
