Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Director, Network Operations to lead planning, deployment, and security of all IT networks and systems. The role includes architecture recommendations, upgrades, patches, and new applications to support branch openings.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, seven years in network administration, three years of leadership, and Cisco/Windows/VMware expertise. Travel 10–20% is expected. This is an exempt position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent computer-related degree required.
• Minimum seven years total experience in network administration.
• Minimum three years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Expert level knowledge of Cisco networking equipment and security.
• Experience with disaster recovery/business continuity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead network and systems administration for branch openings, relocations, and closings.
• Design and configure network architecture including security aspects.
• Manage circuits, upgrades, and cost controls.
• Maintain SASE capabilities and network security trust.
• Oversee cloud network environments and LAN/WAN deployment.
• Manage IP telephony and UC/VOIP deployments where needed.
• Ensure documentation and audits (SSAE, SOX) compliance.
• Provide vendor troubleshooting and project consultation.
