GTA is seeking a Network Operations Director to lead our central office and facility-based network infrastructure organization. You'll be accountable for the availability, capacity, and physical integrity of the inside plant (ISP) equipment supporting our wireless, wireline, and broadband services, and for the technicians and engineers who keep it running. Working closely with the Facility Manager on power and environmental systems, you'll ensure our central offices meet carrier-grade standards — blending deep technical judgment with strong people leadership.
As Network Operations Director at GTA, you'll own the health and performance of the equipment rooms at the core of our network — leading your team through installations, turn-ups, incident response, and everything in between. You'll manage budgets and refresh projects, set standards that align with industry best practices, and build the on-call and emergency-response programs that keep us ready for anything Guam throws at us.
