Base pay range

$26.00/hr - $43.00/hr

Now Hiring: Tier II & Tier III NOC Technicians (Fully Remote – U.S. Based)

Industry: Telecommunications. Client: to be disclosed via phone call

Openings: 11 Total. Filling interviews and offers same week!

Location: 100% Remote – Work from Anywhere in the U.S.

Start Date: Late June

Pay Range:

• Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work for any U.S. Based-employer. Need to be able to convert full-time with client
• Interview Process: Streamlined – One-and-Done (with potential for a second call if needed)

About the Opportunity

• Monitor and maintain network health using advanced management systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SONET and DWDM transport networks
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and resolve revenue-impacting tickets
• Coordinate with field techs for remote testing, maintenance, and repairs
• Document progress, escalate issues, and provide regular updates to leadership
• Contribute to quality control, performance improvement, and training initiatives

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with SONET and DWDM network troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of multi-vendor transport systems, including:
• Ciena (4200, 5200, 6500, Waveserver, RLS)
