Cisco Networking: Strong understanding of routing, switching, and troubleshooting (routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs).

SolarWinds: Experience monitoring network health, creating alerts, and analyzing performance metrics.

Nutanix: Familiarity with hyperconverged infrastructure and virtualization environments.

SD-WAN: Experience supporting or troubleshooting software-defined wide area networks.

SCADA Systems: Exposure to or experience with industrial control systems and real-time monitoring environments.

Additional Qualifications

Experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar 24/7 support environment.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work on-site and coordinate effectively with offshore teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
