Job summary

World Wide Technology Holding, LLC is seeking a highly qualified IT professional with active or potential Top Secret clearance to lead network operations and service management. You will coordinate incident response, problem resolution, and change activities across Cisco, Juniper, Infoblox, and Zscaler platforms, while leveraging ITIL practices and strong communication with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree plus several years of networking or managerial IT experience,

Qualifications

• SECRET clearance and be capable of obtaining a TOP SECRET clearance if required.
• Bachelor’s degree and three years of networking experience, or five years of managerial or supervisory information technology experience.
• Service management experience, networking certifications, infrastructure knowledge, ITIL accreditation, education, and project management capabilities.
• ServiceNow or comparable ticketing system experience to incident documentation, escalation, restoration tracking, and recurring problem identification.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or equivalent certification qualifications supporting enterprise network operations and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience with Cisco, Infoblox, Juniper, network monitoring platforms, and applicable Zscaler Internet Access, Private Access, and Digital Experience capabilities to assess network conditions and coordinate technical resolution.
• ITIL Foundation accreditation or higher and apply service management practices to incident response, problem resolution, change coordination, and operational improvement.
• Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and comparable enterprise networking platforms to guide fault isolation, technical escalation, and operational engineering decisions.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with people in both management and technical roles as well as customer personnel, as required.
• Strong organization skills with an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience working collaboratively across departments to identify requirements and dependencies.
• Be self-motivated. Must be able to anticipate problems and take a proactive approach to responsibilities.

Preferred locations: Chandler, AZ or Washington DC

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $155,000.00 to $170,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
