Network Operations Center (NOC) Designer – Tier 3

Team CACI offers an exciting opportunity supporting an Intelligence Community customer’s networks (WAN, LAN, CAN) across multiple security domains.

Responsibilities:
  1. Focus on Network Engineering
  2. Coordinate system maintenance, monitoring, and installation across WAN/LAN environments
  3. Research and implement enterprise network solutions to support customer goals
  4. Troubleshoot network media and components
  5. Monitor network health and performance
  6. Develop technology roadmaps
  7. Develop and execute test plans for network upgrades
  8. Support traffic analysis and bandwidth optimization
  9. Evaluate emerging network technologies
  10. Recommend upgrades and changes for performance and industry best practices
  11. Ensure compliance with security policies
  12. Represent customer requirements in technical discussions
  13. Perform site surveys and install satellite communication equipment
  14. Maintain network architecture diagrams
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • 10+ years in Network and Transport technologies
  • 6+ years with large-scale enterprise/global networks
  • Knowledge of DoD network architecture frameworks
  • Experience with CISCO, Juniper, cryptographic devices, VPNs
  • Proficiency with network analysis tools
  • Experience with CISCO firewalls/VPN equipment
  • Supporting IP services for NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS
  • Knowledge of routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and multicast
Desired:
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • CISCO certifications (CCNP, CCVP, CCNA, CCDP)
  • ITIL v3 Foundations
  • ISC2 CISSP
  • CompTIA Security+

Pay Range:

The proposed salary range is: $95,500 - $210,100, influenced by various factors including location, experience, and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement, and education support. Learn more.
