Responsibilities
  • Provide remote technical support to clients related to Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve level 2 service issues, including O365, password resets, and internet connectivity
  • Escalate problems to appropriate engineering disciplines or external vendors as required
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client inquiries and ticket management
  • Deliver superior customer service through professional communication and support
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop support
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Proficient in using applicable technology and following technical instructions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience in a Service Desk / NOC environment
  • 3 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, Azure, and O365
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems such as ConnectWise Manage
  • Familiarity with Layer 1, 2, and 3 troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with data backup and recovery support
