Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Network Specialty Educator/Fellowship Coordinator to develop, implement, and evaluate fellowship programs across the network.

The role includes coordinating orientation for new surgical department hires and mentoring the Nurse Residency Program. The position requires a BSN with MSN preferred, and an active RN license in NJ or PA, with a minimum of three years in a relevant specialty.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active RN license in NJ or PA.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in the specialty.
• Experience developing and coordinating fellowship or specialty education programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and facilitation of network specialty nursing education programs.
• Develop, implement, coordinate and evaluate fellowship programs aligned with NNEC vision.
• Mentor the Network Nurse Residency Program and participate on the Advisory Board.
