Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Network Services Administrator to support enterprise-level network monitoring and security tools in the GCC environment. You will ensure reliability, performance, and security by managing Spectrum, RSA, and Cisco ISE, while assisting with user onboarding and issue resolution.

You will collaborate with network engineers and security teams to optimize tool usage and support account creation. A DoD clearance and Security+ certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience provisioning and troubleshooting user accounts and access.
• Knowledge of network monitoring and security tooling.
• DoD clearance and Security+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Broadcom Spectrum Administration - Maintain Spectrum for real-time monitoring and fault management.
• RSA Security Management - Administer RSA authentication services and tokens.
• Cisco ISE Administration - Configure ISE for network access control and policy enforcement.
• TSNA Administration - Manage user account provisioning and approval workflows.
• Network Performance Monitoring - Monitor stability, alerts, and issue resolution.
• Access Control & Identity Management - Support onboarding and RBAC across NSV tools.
• Cross-Team Collaboration - Liaise with end users, engineers, and security teams to resolve issues.
• Application Maintenance - Perform updates and health checks on monitoring/security apps.
• Incident Troubleshooting - Investigate issues impacting visibility, authentication, or access
