Job summary

Insight Global in Denton, TX is seeking a Network Lead to serve as the top technical authority for the university's network and unified communications, overseeing LAN, WAN, wireless, and voice services across campuses. You will design scalable, secure architectures, drive long-term strategy, and guide technical direction while coordinating large infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

5+ years-experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise network environments.
Designing and supporting LAN, WAN, wireless, routing, switching, and firewalls.
Experience with network capacity planning and scaling infrastructure.
Implementing network security and firewall configurations.
Experience managing DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and VLANs.
Experience diagnosing and resolving complex network issues.
Analyzing network performance and improving stability and reliability.
Experience troubleshooting critical network problems across infrastructure layers - CCNP or CCIE
Experience with infrastructure automation through scripting or programming.
Higher education experience.
