SFE, based in Minneapolis, seeks a seasoned Network Engineering leader to guide a team responsible for enterprise network infrastructure. You will review designs, implement LAN/WAN/Data Center and security solutions, and align with business goals.

The role demands strong incident management, governance participation, and clear communication with executives. Lead efforts to adopt industry best practices, drive capacity planning, and shape technology roadmaps while interfacing with stakeholders

Qualificações

• Must have enterprise networking skills and expertise
• Experience with routing, switching, and data center networking
• Experience with network security firewall
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure teams
• Experience supporting large-scale production environments and major incident management

• Present network strategy, risks, mitigation plans, and project status updates.
• Participate in governance, service reviews, and executive discussions.
