Job summary

6AM City, LLC invites a Network IT Technician to join our Arkansas team. You will support and maintain computers, servers, cameras, communication systems, telemetry devices, and other wireless networked equipment across our customer sites.

Your duties include diagnosing wired and wireless networks, repairing devices, maintaining inventory, and training customers on our IIS-provided technology. The perfect candidate brings IT experience, networking basics, and strong problem-solving skills, and

Qualifications

• Previous IT experience or related field.
• Fundamental networking hardware and software knowledge.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing wired and wireless network systems and devices
• Handle repairs and exchanges of defective devices
• Collaborate on the improvement of network design and connectivity
• Perform routine network maintenance
• Maintain inventory of network electronics
• Train customers on technology provided by IIS.
• Suggest ways to improve customers use of IIS provided equipment
• Be a problem solver; perform individual research prior to requesting support.

Any device that will wirelessly connect to the network could be in our toolbox.

• Deadline and detail-oriented willing to work 12 hour days when required.
