Ampcus Inc. is seeking a Network Administrator 4 to enhance IT support across operations in Virginia. This role focuses on managing IT vendors, coordinating technical support, and ensuring compliance with IT standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in networking, cybersecurity, project coordination, and vendor management. This position operates within standard business hours, Monday to Friday and offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a small office or government environment.
• Familiarity with Commonwealth of Virginia IT standards (VITA) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage IT vendors and contractors.
• Serve as the communication bridge between non-technical staff and technical support teams.
• Track open tickets, monitor deliverables, and elevate issues as needed.
• Support IT operations across networking, systems, cybersecurity, and web coordination.
• Assist with IT asset management and software license tracking.
• Coordinate website content updates (non-development).
• Support help desk triage and issue escalation.
• Assist with project coordination and task management.
• Maintain awareness of IT compliance and cybersecurity standards.
