Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in inventory planning and optimization and supply chain leadership.
• Strong data-collection and analytical skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
• SAP S/4 and IBP IO experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and related tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Balance inventory across U.S. and Canada distribution centers to reduce stockouts and excess inventory.
• Optimize network inventory to meet demand and service targets while controlling costs.
• Recommend SKU- and location-level stocking strategies aligned to demand patterns.
• Own and improve the inventory optimization model, including SAP IO integration.
• Convert recommendations into stocking targets and replenishment policies.
• Monitor model performance and refine policies over time for better results.
