• Team leadership includes resource planning, task assignment, KPI tracking, and mentoring.
• Oversees installation tasks like copper/fiber pulls, UPS mounting, and link certification.
• Ensures compliance with NEC/TIA standards and Cal/OSHA safety regulations.
• Coordinates with Sales Engineering and PM teams for internal ops support.

Network Installation Supervisor – San Diego, CA

(salaried non-exempt / project-focused leader)

Pay scale$70,000 – $95,000 a year (paid hourly ≈ $33 – $45 and overtime after 8/40)
Public-works assignments can boost total comp above $110 k with prevailing-wage differentials.

Hourly Rate Band based on hour classification-different travel, admin, and installation rates)
