Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program/project management specifically for network infrastructure projects.
• Physical infrastructure experience.
• Experience working with construction teams.
• Ability to go onsite to local and potentially out-of-state build sites several times per month.
• The ability to hit the ground running as a Technical Project Manager.
• Must be able to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and finalization of multiple network infrastructure projects.
• Manage the deployment of network infrastructure.
• Work across various teams including construction, engineering, operations, and vendors.
• Ensure quality assurance of delivered product.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports.
• Understand the client’s business challenges to help craft effective solutions that address the needs of our clients to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks and anticipated points of resistance; help develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
• Work on projects independently and participate as a team member.
• Work closely with technical and non-technical teams, coordinating resources and managing risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop relationships and build trust.
