You will drive ITIL processes, disaster recovery planning, and security collaboration, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for high availability and scalable performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in network infrastructure management.
• Experience with Cisco technologies and network security.
• Experience with data center networks and WAN/LAN management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all network operations for Terminal and Enterprise networks.
• Ensure high availability and performance of on‑premises and cloud systems.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy.
• Maintain integrity of IT infrastructure and fiber backbone.
• Manage server/storage systems and SLAs.
• Provide network engineering support and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
