Job summary

Cherokee Nation Integrated Health, part of Cherokee Federal, seeks a Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee design, deployment, and security of the IT network. You will monitor availability, troubleshoot issues, and enforce policies while supporting multi-server environments and upgrades.

Required or preferred CCNA/CCDA and Security+ certifications, plus strong networking knowledge. Public Trust clearance support and veteran-friendly policies apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Network Administration preferred, not required.
• Cisco CCNA and/or CCDA, and Security+ certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of network management and security.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues.
• Expertise in IP address schemes, DNS, WINS, and Ether-Channel bonding.
• Excellent communication and technical support skills.
• Knowledge of network logs and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and secure IT networks.
• Plan, model, design, and coordinate network infrastructure.
• Ensure network availability to authorized users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software issues.
• Enforce network policies, monitor access, and optimize performance.
• Report on network status and performance.
• Support multi-server environments (IP addressing, DNS, WINS).
• Perform system upgrades and create network logs.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
