Skaylink, part of Vodafone, is seeking a senior network engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise networks across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN. This role is remote within Romania, with a hybrid option in Cluj-Napoca.

You will own projects end-to-end, configure and migrate Cisco devices, analyze incidents, and advise customers as a trusted technical consultant. English and German fluency are required; Cisco certifications are a plus.

This role is remote within Romania. If you are based in Cluj-Napoca, you also have the option to work from our office in a hybrid setup.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.

Mandatory requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, and SD-WAN.
• Experience with Cisco networking technologies and complex network troubleshooting.
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure or network projects end-to-end.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, and consulting skills, with the ability to work independently and across teams.
• Fluency in English and German.
