$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Job Title: Network Field Technician
Location: Littleton, Colorado 80120 (100% Onsite + Travel Required)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $20-$25/hour W2
Openings: 3 Positions

Other Requirements: Must be willing and able to travel throughout the state and to surrounding states within the Western region. All travel expenses will be covered by the end client.

JOB OVERVIEW

Dexian is currently seeking Network Field Technicians to support field testing and network infrastructure projects in Littleton, CO. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals in electrical engineering, computer science, or related fields who are looking to grow their career in the telecom and wireless space. The ideal candidates will have the flexibility to travel extensively throughout Colorado and surrounding western states. All travel expenses will be covered by the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field testing and benchmarking of wireless network performance across various devices
• Utilize tools such as Accuver, Nemo, QXDM, and Keysight for data collection and performance monitoring
• Log findings, document issues, and open tickets with OEMs as needed
• Collaborate with the backend team for data analysis and reporting
• Support the expansion of the testing group within the existing infrastructure network team
• Participate in device performance validation and ensure consistency with network standards

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a technical, IT, or field support role preferred
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with network testing tools and wireless technologies is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently (locally and regionally); flexible travel schedule required
• Must be able to work onsite in Littleton, CO
