Constellation Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior Software Development – DEV06 for Development & Support / Systems & Network Engineers. The role requires on-site work with federal contract requirements, strong networking and cybersecurity experience, and hands-on use of Splunk and Elastic.
Applicants must be US citizens with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. A technical Bachelor’s degree and 11+ years of relevant experience are required.
On-site Cisco, Juniper, & Arista devices and protocols, SIEM technologies, cybersecurity analysis, Splunk and Elastic, Hunt/Blue Team experience, Network Defense Integrity (NDI) Methodology, digital forensics, intrusion detection systems, vulnerability scanning technologies, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST cybersecurity frameworks, and scripting languages. Wireshark, tcpdump, or similar network analysis and SIEM tools. Relevant cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CySA+, GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, CISSP, or equivalent).
Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.
$200,000 - $252,000 a year
The pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
