Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with a client to fill the Network Engineering & Operations Lead role. This remote position targets candidates in the EST or CST time zones and requires 20–25% travel, with a valid passport and driver’s license.

The base salary ranges from $140,000 to $150,000 annually, with a three-step virtual interview process. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience architecting physical and virtual data center and office networks.
• Strong expertise with Fortinet, Azure, Palo Alto and identity/security tools.
• Experience with ITSM/ITOM and network management interconnections (Halo, NetBox, FortiManager, FortiAuthenticator, FortiEMS).
• Minimum 1 year of management experience with direct reports.
• Workplace networking, circuits, VLAN design, and secure access design/implementation.
• Experience designing and implementing network operations and support models.

Addison Group is working with a client who is looking to bring on Network Engineering & Operations Lead-

Title: Network Engineering & Operations Lead

Travel: 20–25%, including domestic and international travel. Candidates must be submitted with a valid passport and driver's license.

Location: Remote; open to candidates in EST or CST time zones

Core Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Base Salary: $140,000–$150,000, with $150,000 as the maximum base salary

3 Step Virtual Interview Process: The interview process will consist of three virtual interviews

Top Technical Requirements

1) Network Architecture: Proven experience architecting physical and virtual data center and office networks.

2) Core Technologies: Strong expertise with: Fortinet. Azure. Palo Alto. Enterprise Identity. Zscaler. Wireless networking, network circuits, including DIA and broadband

3) ITSM/ITOM & Network Management: Experience with the interconnection of systems such as:

• Halo
• NetBox
• FortiManager
• FortiAuthenticator
• FortiEMS

4) Management: At least 1 year of management experience with direct reports.

5) Workplace Networking: Strong experience with office/workplace networking, circuits, VLAN design, and secure access design/implementation.

6) Operations & Support: Experience designing and implementing network operations and support models.
