Responsibilities:

1. Network Management and Maintenance.
2. Escalated support and troubleshooting.
3. Creating Network Diagrams and other documentation.
4. Supporting the company’s journey of moving to modern cloud operations.
5. Staying current on applicable industry trends and integrated technologies.
6. Conducting necessary analysis, design, and preparing technical documentation and runbooks for new toolsets and processes.
7. Cultivating strong working relationships with scrum teams, engineers, architects, vendors, contractors, and leadership.
8. Leveraging, supporting, and advocating the use of configuration management tools for infrastructure in a hybrid cloud model.
9. Aligning system capabilities to overall solution and business strategy.
10. IT Service Management fulfillment including incident, problem, and change.
