Job summary

Integrity Technology Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior-Level Network Engineer with TS/SCI clearance to support U.S. Government programs. You will design, implement, and maintain secure networks, focusing on Zero Trust principles and high-assurance configurations.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, Red Hat Linux, and Forward Networks, plus 12 years of relevant work and IAT 3. It offers a competitive salary range of $160k–$200k yearly.

Qualifications

• Active NSA TS/SCI with FS Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 12 years’ experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Four (4) years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong understanding of computer networking architecture (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Protocols).
• Proficiency with configurations from multiple vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, etc.
• Experience with Zero Trust related activities (hardening systems, customer ZT compliance requirements).
• System administration experience on Red Hat Enterprise Linux or similar.
• Ability to read system configuration files to verify ingestion into Forward Networks.
• IAT Level 3 cert is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Forward Networks tool to capture, organize, and maintain Mission Island network inventory, maps, and vulnerabilities.
• Help integrate inventory with High Side network enterprise model.
• Support the Know Your Network Zero Trust Architecture capabilities.

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Network Engineer.

The Network Engineer

provides assistance in all aspects of network management from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing networks; Analyzes design, specifications, and related documents; Implements communication system requirements to support the distributed functionality of a software engineering environment; Analyzes network characteristics (e.g. traffic connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes and throughput), troubleshoots problems and recommends procurement of and/or modifications to network components. Support the “Know your Network” Zero Trust Architecture Capabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing the Forward Networks commercial tool to capture, organize, and maintain all Mission Island network inventory, network maps, and associated vulnerabilities plus help integrate the inventory with High Side network enterprise model.

Requirements

• Must currently possess an active NSA TS/SCI with FS Polygraph to be considered
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline
• Twelve (12) years’ experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Four (4) years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong understanding of computer networking architecture (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Protocols, etc.)

• Previous technical experience with system administration on Red Hat Enterprise Linux or similar

Desired:

• Forward Networks/Redseal experience or comparable network modeling tool
• Networking certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, or equivalent

The salary Range for this position is: $160,000-200,000
