General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Network Engineer Senior to support USPACOM J6 MPE Network Engineering activities at JBPH-H, focusing on modernizing enterprise IT capabilities and strengthening mission partner interoperability across the Indo-Pacific.

You will plan, engineer, and support network capabilities; analyze performance and resiliency; coordinate with mission partners, service components, and internal teams to deliver secure, interoperable communications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related networking or IT field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in networking/IT or DoD/enterprise IT environments
• CCNP or 8140 'advanced' equivalent certification
• Security clearance: Final Secret
• Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, technical writing, and ability to coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and mission partner teams

Responsibilities

• Plan, engineer, and support MPE network capabilities aligned to MPE Network Engineering.
• Analyze network performance, interoperability, and resiliency needs across mission partner environments.
• Provide tactical data link expertise to support joint, coalition, and mission partner interoperability.
• Coordinate requirements involving operational communications, network integration, and data exchange across partner environments.
• Collaborate with USPACOM J6 stakeholders, service components, mission partners, and GDIT team members to resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare clear technical documentation, briefings, status inputs, and recommendations for customer and internal leadership

GDIT is seeking a Network Engineer Senior to support USPACOM J6 MPE Network Engineering activities at JBPH-H, helping modernize enterprise IT capabilities and strengthen mission partner interoperability across the Pacific. How the Network Engineer Senior Will Make an Impact Plan, engineer, and support MPE network capabilities aligned to MPE Network Engineering. Analyze network performance, interoperability, and resiliency needs across mission partner environments. Provide tactical data link expertise to support joint, coalition, and mission partner interoperability. Coordinate technical requirements involving operational communications, network integration, and data exchange across partner environments. Collaborate with USPACOM J6 stakeholders, service components, mission partners, and GDIT team members to resolve technical challenges. Prepare clear technical documentation, briefings, status inputs, and recommendations for customer and internal leadership.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Education: BA/BS degree in related networking or IT field
• Required Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience supporting the role, mission area, or equivalent DoW/enterprise IT environment.
• Required Technical Skills: tactical data links; joint/coalition interoperability; MPE network integration; operational coordination; technical analysis; mission partner communications.
• Security Clearance Level: Final Secret.
• Required Certification: CCNP or 8140 "advanced" equivalent
• Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, technical writing, customer engagement, and ability to coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and mission partner teams.
• Preferred Skills: Experience supporting USPACOM, combatant command, service component, or joint/coalition mission environments. Experience working in government site environments and coordinating with military and civilian stakeholders. Experience with mission partner, coalition, tactical, or multi-enclave networking.

Salary

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $141,450. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
