Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to evolve remote access networks for national security systems. You will plan design, install and maintain network components while addressing interoperability and security requirements.
Work with CSfC engineers to secure data in transit and at rest across multiple DoD environments. The role requires DoD experience, strong knowledge of VPNs, PKI, and routing protocols, plus the ability to depict network diagrams in Visio.
As a senior network engineer, you will help the Department of Defense evolve remote access networks to support national security systems (NSS). Working closely with subject matter experts and Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) engineers, you will learn strategic goals and operational needs that shape network requirements, then plan the system design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the network components. Your responsibilities will include resolving interoperability issues across platforms and supporting the acquisition of hardware while securing data-in-transit (DIT) and data-at-rest (DAR) for CSfC solutions.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
Salary: $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 annually, based on location, education, skills, experience, and contract factors.
