Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc is seeking a Network-focused Technical Specialist 2 to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure for SES projects. The role involves field surveys, design assistance, and collaboration with multiple teams on security and IT systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience in installing, troubleshooting and/or testing electronic security systems.
• Associates degree with 6+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Must be able to travel CONUS and OCONUS and maintain a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions to meet project requirements.
• Survey and coordinate field activities with clients for design engineering of communication systems.
• Monitor system performance and perform maintenance to ensure SLA compliance.
• Assist in preparation of bids, cost estimates, and testing procedures.
