  • Troubleshoot routing, switching, connectivity, wireless, and firewall‑related issues.
  • Provide advanced escalation support for complex networking problems.
  • Support enterprise data center, corporate, and multi‑site network environments.
  • Assist with monitoring, alerting, network performance, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
  • Coordinate with telecommunications carriers and technology vendors to troubleshoot circuit and infrastructure issues.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and an on‑call rotation as required.
  • Continue developing expertise across networking technologies, security platforms, wireless infrastructure, and network automation.
Required Qualifications
  • Approximately 4–7 years of hands‑on network engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including:
  • TCP/IP and the OSI model
  • IP addressing and subnetting
  • Routing and switching
  • VLANs and trunking

  • Experience with Cisco networking technologies.
  • Experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Experience with Juniper/Junos networking platforms.
  • Exposure to SD‑WAN technologies such as VeloCloud, Viptela, Silver Peak, or similar.
  • Experience supporting large, distributed, or multi‑site network environments.
  • Enterprise wireless experience, including 802.11 and 802.1X.
  • Data center networking experience.
  • Familiarity with packet capture and network analysis tools.
  • Exposure to routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
  • Experience with network monitoring and observability platforms.
  • Exposure to network automation using Python, Ansible, APIs, or similar technologies.
Certifications & Education
  • CCNA or equivalent networking experience preferred.
