• Professional information technology certifications eg. Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, O365, Python

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of technological trends and developments in the areas of responsibility.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong technical background, with hands on experience in majority of; Cisco, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, Meraki, O365 voice & Video, Palo Alto firewalls etc.
• Ability to successfully match technical solutions to business requirements
• Demonstrated awareness in applicable IT change and problem management processes
• Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and urgency
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
