Qualifications

• Nine years of directly related full-time experience or a Bachelor's degree with five years of related experience.
• Experience with wide and local area networks, including data networks.
• Experience in large enterprise environments with multiple sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
• Any combination of education, experience, or certifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform preventative maintenance to maintain network integrity.
• Manage backups, configuration, updates, and documentation.
• Escalate and coordinate with Telecommunications Technicians as needed.
• Track work orders and monitor ticket progress.
