Job summary

Beyond SOF is seeking a Network Analyst II to support CBP ENAESS, focusing on wireless network deployments and maintenance. You will assist departments with security, configure remote routers, analyze upgrades, and ensure reliable data/voice circuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT or CS, or HS Diploma with 4+ years relevant work experience.
• 6-7 years LAN and WAN experience.
• Experience supporting computer network installation, maintenance and support.
• Strong written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain CBP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network security and configure remote routers and provide engineering support.
• Analyze and recommend solutions, upgrades to streamline processes.
• Maintain hardware and software for network performance; troubleshoot and upgrade IOS baselines.
• Install and maintain data and voice circuits through routers, switches, and WAN devices.
• Coordinate with teams for disaster planning and perform backups and recovery.
• Monitor and document network systems and inventory; provide Tier I end-user support.
• Participate in on-call support on a rotational basis.
• Ensure effective customer service to in-unit managers and customers.
