The role requires leadership in directing junior staff, coordinating with Technology and lines of business, and ensuring secure, reliable network solutions. The ideal candidate has CCNA/CCNP certifications and 5 roles experience with IT/Datacom or network infrastructure.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required or equivalent experience.
• Two (2) years of commensurate experience with an associate degree or four (4) years without a bachelor’s degree accepted.
• CCNA and CCNP certifications required or management approved

Responsibilities

• Directs resolution activities of junior staff.
• Consults to determine priorities of Technology networking project plans.
• Maintains network diagrams, patching methodologies, and vulnerability remediation.
• Works with vendors and internal teams to support LAN/WAN, routing, switching, load balancers, VoIP, wireless and firewalls.
• Ensures change control procedures are followed and participates in Change Control meetings.
