Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and support enterprise wired and wireless network infrastructure across core and branch locations.
• Troubleshoot network, security, and firewall issues with root-cause analysis.
• Configure remote connectivity, VPN, and ISP connections for distributed users/locations.
• Maintain security patches, firmware updates, and configuration standards.
• Develop and maintain network diagrams and SOPs to support operations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for network issue response.
