Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level coursework or degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 2+ years of IS Communications support focusing on network installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Experience with county or government network environments preferred.
• Ability to work with vendors and support groups to troubleshoot and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Defining, designing, implementing, and maintaining county network infrastructure.
• Responding to user issues across telecommunications, wireless, and network systems.
• Installing upgrades and enforcing network policies and procedures.
• Documenting procedures and providing training to staff and users.
