Job summary

Themis Insight, LLC is hiring a Network Engineer to support the Network Administration team in the Ft. Meade, MD vicinity. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and automating the current infrastructure while collaborating with Network and System Administrators.

Typical responsibilities include contributing to mission architecture design, performing Computer Network Defense operations, planning upgrades, and ensuring ISO 9000 and DoD/IC compliance. A TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or related field with 10 years of experience, or Master's with 8 years.
• Substitution: 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for a Bachelor's (6 years for a Master's).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Network Administrators and System Administrators, monitor and maintain the current infrastructure, improve system performance, and automate system administration.
• Provide input to the design of the organization’s network and mission architecture.
• Conduct Computer Network Defense Operations, plan and install network upgrades, network design, and perform quality assurance and control.
• Configure and maintain organization’s network diagrams and accreditations.
• Integrate hardware and software to satisfy ISO 9000 requirements and other DoD/IC regulations.
• Oversee the support to all network equipment.
• Support the integration of the analytic platform into the CND CDC.
