Job summary

Tential Solutions is seeking a Network Engineer for its Infrastructure and Operations group. The role focuses on growing into a subject-matter expert for investor- and advisor-themed technology, enabling cloud-based solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will design, implement, and maintain both on-prem and cloud networks, while collaborating across teams to ensure smooth changes and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with public cloud accounts (AWS VPCs / Azure Tenants) and direct cloud exchange providers.
• Strong knowledge of WAN technologies including MPLS, SD-WAN, DIA circuits.
• Ability to capture packets and perform root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with Cisco Nexus switches and routers.
• Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, JSON, YAML).

Responsibilities

• Promote hands-on, white glove customer service across all environments.
• Design and implement network solutions.
• Maintain on-prem and cloud networks; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on tasks and timelines.
• Coordinate changes across multiple systems and follow change control processes.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards.
