Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Cisco technologies and enterprise networking.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
• Experience with multiple locations and distributed infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on network support and break-fix activities.
• Monitor and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across locations.
• Perform root cause analysis for outages and performance issues.

• Leverage automation and monitoring tools to improve reliability.
