We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our Global Operations team. As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the designing, integration, and implementation process of our innovative public safety products for our clients in the national first responders systems (911) and government sectors worldwide. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to our customers 24/7.
Traditional Networking, Cloud Networking, AWS VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Ingress/Egress architectures, Route 53, enterprise IT network environment, data center network, Fortinet Firewalls, SD‑WAN infrastructure, Cisco switches, routers, networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, DNS), rack/cabinet/cage construction, SD‑WAN planning, design, implementation, operations, network monitoring and optimization tools, packet capture analysis, network security principles and best practices, Git, DevOps tools.

Axon offers a comprehensive total compensation package , which includes base salary, a generous annual bonus, and company equity. The starting base annual pay for this role is between $110,000- $150,000 excluding commission, bonuses and more annually, depending on your geographic market. The actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location—often a combination of these elements.
Base Pay Range $111,000 — $150,000 USD
