Job summary

We are sourcing a Load Balancing Engineer to work at our client's location in Westlake, TX. In-person Interview at a Fidelity site is Required.

The role focuses on installing, configuring, and supporting load balancing infrastructure, including F5 and Broadcom AVI, with emphasis on application traffic management across hybrid environments. Strong troubleshooting, cloud experience, and knowledge of routing protocols are desired, along with automation skills in Ansible and Python.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience focused on Load Balancing Infrastructure.
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting F5 and/or Broadcom AVI.
• Deep expertise with Application Traffic Management and Load Balancing.
• Experience supporting hybrid load balancing environments (on-prem, multi-cloud, cloud).
• Experience with ALBs, GSLBs, and enterprise traffic management platforms.
• AWS and/or Azure cloud network engineering experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong network troubleshooting and application traffic analysis skills.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, and VPNs is a plus.
• Automation experience with Ansible and Python is a plus.
• Experience supporting highly available enterprise infrastructure and participating in incident resolution.
• Must be flexible for occasional evening and weekend support.

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience focused specifically on Load Balancing Infrastructure.
