Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions across data centers, cloud platforms, and remote locations.
• Monitor network health, performance, and capacity; recommend improvements.
• Support large-scale connectivity initiatives with multiple transport and access technologies.
• Plan, execute, and support upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and recovery plans.
• Ensure changes adhere to standards, governance, and controls.
• Troubleshoot complex performance and connectivity issues.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve scalability and reliability.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering team.
• Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident response.

This position plays a key role in maintaining reliable connectivity across domestic and international operations while helping drive long-term infrastructure improvements.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience supporting complex networking environments, strong technical leadership skills, and a track record of designing resilient, scalable solutions. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure critical systems remain secure, available, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions across data centers, cloud platforms, and remote locations.
• Monitor network health, performance, and capacity, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support large-scale connectivity initiatives involving multiple transport and access technologies.
• Participate in planning, execution, and support of infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and expansion efforts.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, operational procedures, and recovery plans.
• Ensure network changes adhere to established standards, governance practices, and operational controls.
• Assist with troubleshooting complex performance and connectivity issues across critical environments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to members of the engineering team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and lead response efforts during critical service-impacting incidents.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.
• Proven experience operating in a senior or lead engineering role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise routing, switching, wireless networking, and wide-area connectivity.
• Experience working within highly available, mission-critical environments.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
