Job summary

The candidate should be expert with IAAS/OS in the cloud, automation using vendor tools such as Lambda, patching, DR setup, storage, backup, monitoring and tuning, and Windows cloud environments

Qualifications

• Basis expert with Hybris experience.
• Network OPS expert in configuring/troubleshooting network configurations on AWS, Azure, Google cloud.
• Should be able to establish standards and have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert in asking the right questions from the customer to expedite the solution/resolution to their request/problems.
• IAAS / OS expert: Install/Configure IAAS on AWS/Azure/GCP; automate tasks using vendor tools such as Lambda; patching, DR, storage, backup/recovery, monitoring, tuning.
• Windows Expert: Expert in supporting/managing Windows environments in the cloud (Windows OS/AD/Backup Recovery/Monitoring).

Requirements

1. Basis expert with Hybris experience
2. Network OPS expert (Hands-on experience) in configuring/troubleshooting network configurations on AWS, Azure, Google cloud
   • Should be able to establish standards and have good written and verbal communication skills
   • Expert in asking the right questions from the customer to expedite the solution/resolution to their request/problems
   • Should have experience with Wireshark and other industry-standard tools for troubleshooting issues
3. IAAS / OS expert: Install/Configure IAAS on AWS/Azure/GCP
   • Should be able to automate tasks using vendor-provided tools such as Lambda etc
   • Well versed in patching
   • DR set-up
   • Storage configurations
   • Backup/recovery
   • Monitoring
   • Tuning
4. Windows Expert: Expert in supporting/managing windows environments in the cloud (Windows OS/AD/Backup Recovery/Monitoring etc)

All of them should have relevant experience and excellent communicators.
