Gimlet Labs, Inc. seeks a Network Engineer to design, deploy, and operate production data center networks as the platform scales. You will build the network fabric connecting compute, storage, and distributed systems while enabling automated provisioning and monitoring.

The role focuses on high-performance networking, data center design, and operational excellence to support AI workloads and large-scale infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying, and operating production data center networks.
• Strong fundamentals in routing, switching, performance, and reliability.
• Hands-on with BGP/ECMP/EVPN/VXLAN; spine-leaf or Clos fabrics.
• Knowledge of high-performance tech such as RDMA/InfiniBand.
• Ability to troubleshoot across network, hardware, software, and distributed systems.
• Automation experience with Python, Ansible or Terraform.

Your work will shape how our data centers are designed, deployed, and operated as the platform scales.You will work across network architecture, physical infrastructure, provisioning, deployment, and production operations.
