ABOUT THE JOB
As a Network Engineer, you will develop business-changing enterprise solutions using leading-edge technologies to support the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Network Design & Implementation
- Support the network and computing infrastructure.
- Ensure optimal network security and performance.
Network Troubleshooting & Support
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues involving servers, workstations, and network systems.
- Document problems and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Systems Management
- Monitor system and infrastructure performance and implement performance tuning.
- Manage user accounts, global policies, and permissions.
- Administer and support Windows-based servers and PCs.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Windows servers and PCs, LAN/WAN environments including racks, switches, routers, firewalls, network services, Exchange, Active Directory, SQL Servers, virtualization, disaster recovery, mobile devices, VoIP, VPNs, cabling, backups, and internet services.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in network engineering or related roles.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) required.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols such as OSPF, BGP, STP, QoS, VLANs, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to Palo Alto Networks and/or Extreme Networks is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Effective communication skills (talk and hear).
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands, and reach.
- Frequently lift/move items up to 75 pounds.
- May need to climb stairs and ladders.
- Visual abilities required include close and distance vision, color recognition, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
TRAVEL: Up to 15%
Expected Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 + 10% bonus eligibility
